This hotel doesn't exactly have high standards based on what I observed, although staff was nice - as nice as hotel staff should be trained to b atleast. This was my experience:
-There were a few mosquitos in our family room upon entering.
-Twin bed didn't have a proper bed sheet to cover the mattress. This seems to be normal for them as I noticed it twice after housekeeping. (See pic)
-hotel charges extra for additional things that are usually free in other hotels. For example, thicker blankets (as opposed to bedsheets) cost extra. Your bed will only come with a bed sheet upon checking in
-fridge wasn't plugged in when we arrived
-personal safe that looked hella old didn't work, but didn't need it anyway
-food is a bit pricey, but your prob better off eating outside of the hotel and walk towards the circle. There's also a Robinsons a block away with a food court. Their dining area is smack dab in the hotels lobby area which is just awkward. No free breakfast.
-staff was just okay
-glasses were not changed after housekeeping

If you have high standards for a hotel, definitely skip out on this place. The only thing this place has going for them is probably its location, but then again there are a bunch of other hotels in the area that you could most likely get a better deal from. If you're not too nitpicky about things, I would still say this is below average.

First off, it was quite difficult to find because it's along a side street and its facade is a bit narrow. General location is very good, right smack in the city center, walking distance from the Provincial Capitol.

The building is kinda old but seems like well maintained. The lobby is small but functional. Elevator was working ok. Hallways are a bit narrow and can use more lights, I prefer brightly lit hallways.

The room was a bit small and looked dated. Narrow beds. A/C was a bit weak. Cable & internet are what you can expect from a budget hotel. Bathroom was small. heater was working ok. Bathroom kit was available.

Breakfast is not included in the room but you can order it. It's not bad but a bit too expensive so better go out & buy.

My title is that way because I expected more after seeing their online photos. However, I shouldn't have judging by the rates I paid, so I guess that was my fault. It's a budget hotel so expectations must be adjusted accordingly.

If you're looking for a budget hotel in the city center then this is for you!!!

This hotel is not even a One Star hotel. How the hell they ever got 3 stars is a joke.
I paid 1.545 pesos for what they called their top super deluxe room. One cotton bed sheet that's all asked for another or blanket they want to charge you. So many hidden costs and the room is so small. Just for ice in room for a drink they charge 35 pesos. Don't waste your money there are better hotels and cheaper in Cebu I know cos I have stayed in over 50 of them and I will never come back here again that's for sure. Good luck

There are no good things I can describe on this hotel and how they call it hotel.
There are many things to improve the facility and service.
The bathroom is smelly, room is small, and Cockroaches are everywhere. Customer service at front desk needs improvement.
