We did not have any problems going here since we rented a van but a taxi driver told us that since there's no public transportation that directly goes here and since it's too far, you might need to shell out P800.00 for the trip via cab. For me, it's totally worth it. The best time definitely to go here is before sunset. As the daylight looms, you will see the city lights turn up one by one. And the view gives a feeling of looking at a miniature model as the city looks so near yet so far. Unlike the views from Antipolo and Tagaytay, and maybe because of less polution, you'll get a spectacular and clearer view of the city.
