The location of the hotel is good. All the attraction is nearby, surrounded with Mall, Food joints, Sky experience park etc. Only thing which is disappointed for us was the Room, It was no where near the one displayed on the website, while checking with the staff they said those are limited rooms and allocated as per the availability. More disappointing was when the curtain fall down by itself.

Good fast service always, a good breakfast served without a long wait complete with excellent brewed coffee with both milk and brown sugar available.
We love to sit in the restaurant gazing down at the giant roundabout with its garden, trees and monument, observing the traffic and the joggers in the park.
The rooms are of a good size, beds comfortable, room cleaning is of a high standard and generally reliable. Airconditioning good, A kettle is available together with complimentary coffee sachets.
A small, but for me, a nice thing, is that many of the staff are on long term open contracts so it gives a little bit of a family atmosphere after more than 3 years using this hotel, to return to familiar faces.
The staff are extremely personable and considerate.
We have never had any negative experience here.

The place is very accessible. Just at the fuente circle where everything you need is right there. Also, no prob with transportation. The breakfast is nice although the choices are very limited. Also, the room assigned to us had only wooden partition from the next. We could hear what's giing on in the next room. Unfortunately next to us was a family with kids, so it was noisy. But above all, if you are traveling on a budget and wont mind the inconviniences i mentoined, this hotel is fit.
It's dated, barely clean, the internet is very slow, I've seen roaches dead and alive. I'm from Florida so roaches are nothing new to me. But the bait and switch is very infuriating. The first visit I booked with Agoda and what was booked was honored. We were given a room with no expeller in the restroom, that stunk. We booked a second time anyways 'cause of the economy and convenience. What was booked through Agoda was now routed through Travelbook.ph and it now had discrepancies as it was contradicted in a fine print that had not shown when we booked with Agoda. Now we were charged extra! We thought that was a fluke, we came back a third time and realized they are in cahoots with Travelbook.ph and whatever you book anywhere will be routed through Travelbook and you will ALWAYS be paying way much more. I'd rather be a walk-in somewhere else and be charged up front than be gypped and upset!
What i like about this place is its super near to the malls, robinsons fuente and robinsons cybergate, walking distance to Larsian,banks, pungko pungko sa fuente and the staff esp the security guards and the bellboys and the housekeeping staff were all nice. Kfc, chowking,mcdonalds and rose pharmacy is within reach. I highly recomend this hotel.
