I stayed with my wife and daughters for 5 nights in 2 separate rooms last 26 Apr-May 1. We were unfortunately horrified to find out late in the evening on our first night that our 2 rooms had roach infestations, especially in our daughters' room. Most of the roaches were crawling out from under the mini-refrigerator. We called the attention of the frontdesk to this problem so that housekeeping could address it. On the 2nd night we didnt encounter any more roaches in our bedroom but unfortunately there were still a lot of small roaches in our daughters' bedroom crawling out of the same spot from under the mini-refrigerator. We tried to get them transferred to another room but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked that night. We bought a Baygon aerosol spray if daughters were still not transferred to another room as per our repeated requests. Fortunately on the 3rd night they were finally able to transfer to another room and finally slept soundly for the first time as the roaches would crawl/fly unto their beds after turning off most of the room lights which freaked my daughters out. The rainfall showers in our bathrooms had erratic misdirected outflows so we just used the handheld nozzle sprays. The blackout curtains in our room had big visible holes all over curtains. These were especially visible during sunrise as our room was facing east. Hotel location was ideally suited to the places we went to -- most 5 to 15 minute taxi/grab car ride away. Being conveniently accessible to Robinsons Galleria mall made up for the horrifying first few nights we had with the roaches.More
