I was in Cebu for a conference so I really did not need a pool, buffet breakfast, or gym! All I need was a clean bed, aircon, and cable TV->which they have provided. They also provided toiletries like that of 4-5 star hotels. There were restaurants and fast foods nearby as well. I was located at the top floor with windows (an option from Agoda), so the only thing that was disturbing me was the noisy cars during rush hour. I'll book here next time but this time, I won't opt for windows.

I have been to this hotel numerous times this year. It's exceptionally good, specially when you consider the price. Location is in Guadalupe, very accessible to public transport and walking distance to a couple of food places.

Check-in: Staff is wonderful - you'd think you're in a 5-star hotel. That is how they treat guests. They make it as quick as possible. The hotel does ask for a PHP1000 deposit though, which is given back after check-out.

Room: Bed is super comfy. Place is nice, clean and spacious. Curtains may not cover the full odd-shaped window, depending on which room you're in. Bathroom is clean and spacious. No fridge though, but no complaints whatsoever. If you really need one you can get it for an extra fee.

Parking: This is very limited, though they have a designated lot a few steps away.

Staff: Hotel staff is wonderful. There are, however, always exceptions. Found the guard with his chair in the small lobby, feet propped up against the coffee table, leaning back, sleeping and snoring. NOT good. Needless to say, compared to the other ones on duty, this one in particular was bordering on rude.

I paid 14 euros for a private room. The rooms are very clean, bathroom is nice and the beds as well. Staff is really friendly. I checked in two hours early and they immediatly had a room ready. Airco and WiFi work perfect. It’s really good for this price!
