Poor customer service at their restaurant. The attendant could not get exactly what I have ordered. I made an audit of my orders but they don’t care to check and listen.
Poor service! Maybe they might change the personnel who handles the restaurant.

Simple hotel with limited amenities that was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near many places to eat. Room was sizeable with a large bed. Came with a safe and a TV with plenty of channels. Bathroom and shower were nice. Wifi was really good.

Fantastic value for the price.

The rooms in this hotel is unexpectedly big and surprised us for how big our room was at 201. The beds looked like 2 single beds but in reality they were 2 queen sized beds! I mean! UNDERRATED! Meanwhile, the comfort room was also spacious and it featured a handy-dandy BIDET! Come'on, a lot of hotels here in Cebu doesn't even have that little detail when considering "comfort". The staff was also very accomodating especially the security guards pretty nice to us (locals) and likewise to the foreigners, they treat their guests equally, not too shabby. During our stay, we pretty much observed how many foreigners were staying in the hotel, regardless of race. I feel like this was their go to place. So, if you are a backpacker, this is your 5 star stay.. this is the place for you! I mean like for 800+ pesos! You couldnt get a better deal. For the elite travellers, this will surely be your 3 star stay. If you are not too keen with amenities like swimming pool, gym, and just wanna explore cebu and have somewhere nice to stay in and relax after your tour. Will I ever come back? For a $15+ stay? I will be back.

My family stayed here for 5 days,we found it very hard to find any decent hotel in Cebu city all seemed to be ful,we found this one on a website, quite surprised it has very friendly staff,it is very clean, good showers to etc, lift to all flooors good security, also good value, no restaurant but cafe attached has a reasonable breakfast, included, only a few hundred yards from fast food outlets,And shopping mall is only a cheap taxi ride away, about 100 pesos to Ayala.

This hotel is relatively new. Probably a few years old. However, there are some things in the hotel, like the bedsheets that seem older. Bedsheets don't fit well anymore with the beds. They were so uncomfortable because they do not stay fit as the garter of the sheets are so loose already. What should have been color white has now turned to beige...it looked dirty as can be seen in the photo attached below. You can compare it with the comforters wc are still color white.

Aside from this, the hotel itself doesn't have it's own restaurant where people can have breakfast. There is an independent restaurant on the groundfloor where one can order breakfast...supposedly by 7am. However, this is not the case all the time as the restaurant sometimes open late. The hotel guest will have to call, by landline, to order their food and wait for it to be cooked then brought up to their rooms. One could be late ifever they have morning appointments to attend to.

The hotel staff are very efficient and courteous, though.

Btw, there are no fastfood chain restaurants near the hotel.
