So again I was unexpectedly drawn to the fact that I will be having dinner in this hidden gem in the heart of Davao City with my food buddy. She just called me, as she always does, to accompany her in this interesting find. So we got a little lost along the way, but it was fine and we were able to get there just exactly for dinner.
The diner, if I may say, is simple with lots of greens along the covered entrance and inside the dining hall. It was even posted in the pots that they are selling these organic veggies to anyone who would like to buy it. It's kinda pretty old and needs some renovation and a little cleaning but nothing really in there that puts you off your food. Let's just say it more of wood inside but the kitchen and some rooms outside is concrete. And they have a decent comfort room at the back.
So the food, well the menu is full of healthy options you can select from and I wish I have the stomach to order and eat it all. So we basically ordered pasta; creamy pesto for me and seafood pasta for my friend. For drinks, I ordered a guyabano smoothie-like and the homemade ice cream. And I have to warn you, their dishes comes with a plate of organic vegetable salad with vinegret so it's really healthy. Taste and texture of the food were good so I can't say more and we were satisfied.
Staff was helpful and friendly so adds up to the experience. And hope to come back here the soonest.
