We stayed here last May 2016 and we stayed here for 10days. We booked for a twin bedroom. From the airport its far coz the hotel is near the city center.

The staff were friendly and accommodating to our needs. We were assigned in the third floor. The room was small, but the bed and pillow was comfortable (sleep friendly). The restroom, small also but you get a hot shower as well. There were cabinets for storage with only 2 hangers though. A Flat screen TV, air conditioning was also great. The wifi is a little challenge when you stay in the room, we had to sit on the edge of our beds in line with the door to get some signal (using android phones) ; (stable signal for apple users, bring the chair near the door in your room if you dont want to go out of your room) or stay in the lobby, there are electric fans there in the lobby with tables and chairs to pass the time. If you want to sip some hot water, you can call the front desk and ask for a cup of hot water and you can have it delivered to your room free of charge. Overall our stay in the hotel was great, its cozy! I would stay here again if im going to davao.

When you go outside there are jeepneys, taxis, tricycles, pedicabs(trisikad) passing by. The tricycles charge 20 pesos per person, that is for example your going to roxas ave. where the night market is(near ateneo de davao) If you walk, you pass by lapu- lapu st going to Sta. Ana avenue the sta. Ana church is just 3-5mins away across road there's a convenient store open for 24 hours and McDonalds is near the area as well. Gmall is also near, its in Guzman St. Where San Pedro Hospital of Davao is, its just across GMall.

Hotel food. There's a restaurant beside the hotel its called limitless. The breakfast included in our booking was the -silogs combination( ex. Tapsilog, bangsilog, cornsilog etc) with free coffee or juice. The food was great! Since we rotated the orders every morning, haha the food is really good im happy about it.

Ok, dinner we tried ordering the soup which was good for two its good. The rice they serve is really good. The chicken fingers was very yummy too. The food was great, hands down.

The experience at the hotel was pleasant. For the price i believe its worth it. Would definitely stay here again.

Went here last May. Stayed for 2 nights. The place was very basic. But I liked it. Nothing fancy. Affordable and basically has everything you need. I felt secure and safe too. From airport it's not really that far. Though we needed an extra time on coming here because the driver had to search for this hotel. But over all. This is a thumbs up!

Very good, friendly staff. I stayed about two weeks.
It’s walkable to the Gaisano Mall and other food places.
Only down side is the wifi, sometimes slow and breakup often.
And guests smoked in the common areas with the smoke flowing into the vents and your room.

Room tip: Away from the street near the back

in the center of town. Booked this as an emergency alternative since we were disappointed with the resort we were booked in. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and it is definitely value for money. We booked for 2 nights and were satisfied by the service and accommodations we got.

Room tip: book early, since its cheap rooms fill up fast

My friends and I had a really horrible experience with D'Leonor Inland Resort and after 1 night of stay we were on a lookout for another. We saw North Zen in google and we decided to try out. The lobby may not be air conditioned but the place definitely is a win!!! Their rooms were clean, beds are comfy, restrooms are very clean. The staff are nice and very accommodating. It's a very pleasurable and safe place to stay. :)

Room tip: We tried the twin.. It has two beds and each bed can accommodate 2 adults.
