We had an event in Dusit just recently and their event staff, Christian, was of great help. Superb service, i must say.
Rooms were also nice and clean. I just think the sheets need a bit of dusting, but all else, everything was well.
Even the uniforms of the staff look great! They are also very corteous.
Aesthetically-wise, the hotel looks great. We had a very relaxing stay.
I just suggest coming in early for checking in because sometimes, it takes them so long.More

Checked in March 25-27, 2021. We are celebrating our first monthsary as married couples (been gf/bf for 10yrs). Would like to commend Reuel Francis for a very pleasant experience at the hotel. We are welcomed by a wonderful surprise inside the room and it was an amazing and overwhelming experience. Our room was even upgraded into a pool facing view. Reuel is smart (and good looking), accommodating and courteous. Also, big thanks to Ms. DC and the front office team for a job very well done. Staffs are all easy to deal with and are VERY COURTEOUS . Will surely comeback in this Hotel not just because of location and ambience wise. Kudos to the management for its wonderful staffs.. ♥️

We are newlyweds checked in last March 20-21 and we experienced exemplary service from the hotel through Front Desk Officer Jocas. He was very accommodating and we even got a surprise setup in our room! He really made our stay a very memorable one. He was very courteous, polite and smart. He made a very good impression from the time we entered the hotel premises upto the time we checked-out. He made everything smooth and easy for us. He deserves a commendation for his service.

Mr. Alexis Olbes is very accommodating to us and has excellent service. Thank you so much. The place is cozy, very neat and clean. The breads as well looks delicious. The cakes are tantalizing to the eyes. We see to it that we brought these delicacies for take out for our officemates.

Our family booked and stayed in a one bedroom suite at the residences, one bedroom suite at the presidential floor and a deluxe room. We enjoyed our stay. The receptionists were very accommodating and helpful especially Ms. Maria Paula Quinto as well as Ms. Rhea, Ms Presley, and Mr. Jocas.
