Ever since their casino was force closed, the hotel is in bad shape. The villas are still nice, a quiet getaway from home, but they are worn out, wood planks used as door locks, dont know.how old the ref was, all rusty and wont close, but did cool. Bed was like a.cheap sping bed and I could not sleep
The worst though was checkin experience, with a number system, a first in check in, which no.one knew as numbers were handed out by the guard reserving spaces much like a phil govt ofc. It was chaos and the duty manager wasnt doing anything. Place looked more like a fish market than a.checkin for a 200$ room. Total of 1.5hours to check in
For a 200villa place plus a hotel, there were only 2 housekeeping guys in one whole shift. Imagine their workload, by the time they arrived in the evening, post dinner, they were completely exhausted.
Going by the checking horror, we checked out quite early so we dont get caught in the peak time mess.More
