Staff are polite and very accommodating. the room is just fine for the price. Location is at the Ortigas center and just few miles away from Robinson Galleria. Room are clean. Bed and beddings are clean.

Right at the heart of Ortigas Center and about a hundred meters from Robinson's Galleria. Overnight parking at P100 is very reasonable.
Out room however smelled of cigarette smoke, and there was no hot water.
Check-in took quite a while. No available hot shower at the time of stay due to heater malfunction. STaff were polite. The place was near in almost essential things we usually need. Very convenient location for public transport.
I initially booked this hotel for a 2 nights stay (16-18 March 2022). The location of the hotel is really good and the staff are friendly and accommodating. But the shocking part of this hotel is that the hotel rooms are very poorly maintained, its hygiene standard is substandard and the worse part of my hotel stay is that the hotel rooms are filled with cockroaches and these cockroaches are crawling on my bed, the basin and also in the toilet. It's shocking. I have no choice but to check out of the hotel after a couple of hours of rest and move to another hotel instead. Since I have already paid for the hotel charges in full and it is not refundable in any way, I just forsook the pre-payment and checked out without any further hesitation.
I am from the US and is currently being held against my will due to unresponsive staff and failure to contact their recommended swabbing laboratory, Padlabs. I am being held beyond my required quarantine period of 10 days thus continually paying for the hotel's additional charges with every passing day. Pretty much like they are milking me of my hard-earned money. I am now on my 14th day and they are still not helpful and uncooperative. Worst accommodation. If you are an OFW or balikbayan, never choose this hotel as your quarantine hotel
GOOD:
Great things in GOHOTELS, staffs were very accomodating. They attend to your needs right away.
BAD:
1. As a returning balikbayan having my quarantine
for 5 days, staying in a hotel with unstable internet connection is really not good. I always call fromt desk to reset the wifi in my room.
2. Lacking amenities. No fridge. No boiling pot. Not even extra towels (floor towel) you can use especially when you leave the floor wet. Not even slippers you can use temporarily during your stay.
3. Broken fixtures. Some of the fixtures inside the room are not fixed. (E.g Room 309) fixture under the
sink is falling apart/portable table on the side of bed are not fixed properly so I need to place food on top of bed while eating.
They charged me extra for early check in (4am check in/ideal is 2pm) but the good thing is they waved it using my extra day reserved.
ALL in all, my entire stay was good.
