When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by the staff and the one who checked us in was Aaron. He was very knowledgeable about the hotel and was very nice in letting us in. Quick and smooth. During our stay, we got to meet Camille and she was very understanding in all of our questions and even assisted us with our food getting delivered. When we were about to check-out, Marvin helped us with our stuff and was the one who helped us with the validation of our parking ticket. Overall, we had a nice relaxing stay and will definitely be back for the nice and comfortable stay at Privato.
