I should say that Marco Polo's Service is 101% outstanding! Since day one of our coordination with the staff from reception and most of all their dining, i should give it an exemplary rating. Sir Zaffy & his team Jade & Janover were so devoted to giving us the utmost service. They've attended to all our concerns & needs from day that we placed reservations for a dining event w/ 17 guests. They've been dedicated in answering all our querries from emails, sms & calls. They saw to it that all our needs were met. Hats off to Sir Zaffy, Jade & Janover. Thank you to all. They made our dining reservation and event a memorable one. Over all, Marco Polo is a great hotel with good ambience, to stay in but they just need to perhaps add some diffusers as the reception area & rooms smell a bit off. I think that they need to replace maybe the rugs & other fixtures that's causing the smell. I think the smell just is really off to us. Its just good that the service superiority really out stood all the major flaws of the hotel. Thank you once again to the team of Marco Polo! Service really is remarkable!

Very accommodating employees most esp Paul who provided as all the needed assistance for my kids, kudos Sir! Thank you for your kindness. Facilities is superb and pool area is well maintained and not crowded too.

Mica of front desk is beyond the 5 star excellent service as well as Pola of the dining/restaurant area.

Teodz, from the continental lounge is amazing. He's friendly and serves guest with high efficiency. I love the continental room that serves afternoon tea, evening bites and breakfast buffet. Marco Polo is my new favorite hotel in the city.
