The receptionist(a young man)arguing that the cockroaches are brought to Hotel by the tourists! The bathroom was full of insects...The room it self was ok.
Furthermore we ordered the Hotel because of the swimming pool, but we got informed that the pool is under construction at check in. did not have time to find another Hotel.

Dear Mr. jimmF9932TH,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us and our sincere apologies if you were not able to fully enjoy the hotel facilities during your recent stay. Our pool and jacuzzi are currently not available as we are in the process of updating our facilities and services now that we are going to the new normal. As a proactive gesture, a list of available facilities and other hotel information are sent to our guests through our online travel partner upon confirmation of booking. Our hotel website has likewise been updated regarding the Pool and Jacuzzi Closure Advisory. Rest assured that we shall update once the swimming pool and jacuzzi are both operational. On the presence of pest, the hotel is already working closely with out pest control service provider and have intensified the pest treatment to prevent the issue from recurring.

Again our sincerest apologies.

Coming from a business trip with my husband. We were dead tired and so we were expecting that our stay with be stress-free. I could think of a lot reasons not to recommend this hotel, il just give the horrible ones based on my perspective:
1. Upon reaching the room, key was not working so we have to go down to reactivate. Waited long just for this.
2. Upon entering the room we were welcomed by Cockroaches! Little and big ones! Some we were able to kill, but we're not that fast so most of them ran away and went to the bathroom's drainage.
3. Hair dryer not working. Room too dark.
4. We asked the receptionist if we could be transferred to another room... started calling them 3:30pm... im telling you... im doing this review while waiting for their action...time check...4:23pm now and we're still waiting!!!!
5. No sense of urgency! Guests are tired..wanted to shower and rest but we cant because we are waiting and waiting...and waiting...

I mean... decide. Thats why some people would just resort to go for airbnb! Hotels like this.. suck!

We really and sincerely apologize for the longer wait time and the overall unpleasant experience during your recent stay. Please do know that we treated your concern with real urgency upon receipt of your concerns. Room transfer was immediately prepared by our Front Office Team and was re-checked again prior to showing you the room for your approval. We would like to assure you that prior to release of room, we conducted a functionality check to make sure that our equipment are in order. Admittedly though, there are instances that some of our equipment would have concerns after our routine functionality test. Rest assured that the concerns have been noted so that we can address and re-check it again. On the presence of pests, please do know that as a proactive measure, the hotel is working closely with our pest control service provider. As of this writing, ongoing intensified treatment is being done to prevent this issue from recurring.

Again, we sincerely apologize for this and assure you that we are taking steps to ensure that this does not happen again in the future.

When we got to our room the key card was not working together with 2 other guests on the same floor trying to access their rooms, we have to go back to the reception to have that fixed. We booked a big bed but got 2 smaller ones, we just took it since we have been waiting for more than 2 hours to get an available room. The fridge had an awful stench. The toilet kept flushing continuously, fresh water down its gullet on its own so we need to keep pushing the button until the mechanism gets unstuck and stops flushing. We were only told at the front desk that the pool was under renovation and this info should have been disclosed on the booking site as well just to set expectations.

Admittedly that day was truly a challenging one for our team due to the surge of bookings and arrivals that happened last minute. Rest assured that we are reviewing all concerns brought to our attention to address it accordingly. Our swimming pool is still out of order because of needed repairs and for that, we are truly sorry. We have informed all our arriving guests of the unavailability of our swimming pool via the email we sent upon booking confirmation. As a proactive measure, we have requested to all our OTA partners to temporarily remove our swimming pool as part of our facilities and amenity.

Again, we sincerely apologize for this and assure you that we are taking steps to ensure that balls are not dropped and this this does not happen again in the future

The stay at this hotel was because I was required to quarantine, being a traveler coming from the UAE. As such, I didn’t expect full service since it wasn’t a stay for leisure. Besides, I understand that the hotel had to focus more on keeping the guests safe and maybe normal housekeeping procedures were sacrificed for safety’s sake.

The cockroaches, though! Not less than 11 sightings in my 3 day stay and I’m not talking about catching a glimpse as they scuttled around in the dark corners of the room…they were scurrying across my desk as I was working on my laptop….lounging on my toilet bowl seat as I lifted it up the lid to use it…climbing the blinds and shower stall wall, too.

The staff were very, very professional and nice, though, doing the best they could in their responsibility as a quarantine hotel. The room was small but the bed was oddly comfortable. Given the situation, it would have been a decent stay but the scales were greatly tipped because it really felt like Joe’s Apartment.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your stay with us. We are glad to hear that the bed was comfortable and that are our staff were all courteous and professional during your stay. We try to our best to give our guests a comfortable stay knowing how difficult this pandemic on guests and everyone around. The health and safety of our guests are our number one priority and we are glad that you also understand why services and movements are limited.

As for the concern on pests during your stay, we would like to truly and sincerely apologize for this. We are working closely with our pest control provider to prevent these issues from recurring and has intensified its fumigation to resolve said concern. We are optimistic that we would be able to address the concerns that you have relayed to us given our intensified treatment.

Such a great Hotel to stay for my quarantine days. The room is very clean, nice ambiance, the wifi connection is fast and I had a great time to relax. The hotel staff are very accommodating plus the security are there 24/7. I would recommend this place to stay.
