Staying at Richmonde Hotel Ortigas for my mandatory quarantine was really worth the money. Even though it was a last minute reservation, the whole booking experience was really smooth. For security purposes, I also booked the hotel transfer and it really lessen my waiting time at the airport. The check in and brief orientation was also helpful. The staff are all accommodating as well. Food served was really good, and I have recommended Richmonde to my friends and family because of this.

I have notice that the food that was served during the 7- day quarantine period has no fruits nor vegetables. I would like to suggest to add at least banana or other fruit once a day in lunch or dinner.

I stayed in Richmonde Hotel Ortigas during quarantine and it was a satisfying experience. Friendly staff, clean room, and the room is quiet enough at night although it's close to the busy road. Its location is awesome close to everything near Mandaluyong and Ortigas Center! I had a good experience overall.

I will not recommend your hotel facility to friends and relatives. The room that I occupied during my quarantine stay was below par. Its old, the toilet will not stop flashing, there were mildew surrounding the tab area, croaches and ants running all over the desk area and smell of cigarette belowing from the airconditiong bent was sickening. Other than the outsanding support coming from the staff, your faciity is not recommended.

Despite the hotel’s age, we make it a point to ensure that our rooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, facilities like toilets and air conditioning are functioning properly, and amenities are complete and in good condition to keep guests comfortable. The issues you described are definitely not the hotel’s standard and we believe is an unfortunate, isolated incident.
I have given strict instructions to our housekeeping and engineering departments to address these problems and to guarantee that rooms are always up to par and ready for our guests to enjoy a relaxing stay. Lack of toiletries supplies. Day 1 , theres only 1 small tube of shampoo and 1 small tube of toothpaste. I have requested additional shampoo and provided only 1 small tube. Just to check the quantity they will provide.
They never ask to change the towels in 10 days
They provide not healthy meal and keep on repeating the same menu and never serve vegetables or fruits in 10 days.

Our goal has always been to provide our guests with comfort and convenience, even more so during quarantine stays when movements are restricted to their rooms. Thus, we deeply regret to hear that your stay was not as pleasant as we wish it could have been.
As mentioned during your check-in briefing, all room amenities including toiletries, bedsheets, and bath towels are replenished and replaced upon request. This is because quarantine hotels no longer do make-up room service daily and our housekeepers cannot check when you have run out of supplies. While we anticipate that guests would need more than 1 tube during their quarantine stay, the consumption of each guest varies. Thus, we depend on their request to know when to replenish their supplies. Had we known that you needed more toiletries, we could have sent you more.
We also apologize if you were not satisfied with the meals we provided. Since package-included meals are based on a limited cycle menu, we understand how this could seem repetitive to those who stay for more than a week. Nevertheless, we shall look into further improving our menu to provide better variety of dishes. But as an option, we also have available packages with healthier meal options for a minimal additional charge. Guests can also opt to book our Room+Food Credit package so that they can choose their preferred dishes from our Room Service menu. We regret if these alternatives were not offered to you during your stay.
Despite the concerns you mentioned, we hope that the other aspects of your stay were satisfactory. Please be assured that all your comments have been taken note of to enhance our services and avoid possible recurrence in the future.
