“Not the best service.”

The hotel isn't awful,it is a decent hotel with big sunny rooms which is a plus. However, with so many hotels in the area I think it would be worth looking around. They do have big suites if you would like to cook which is a great option for long trips.

The gym is nice, and the breakfast has a large variety.

The hardest part is the service. We had a lot of trouble switching rooms when our rooms had cockroaches and other bugs in them. The staff promised to check and then never called us back on multiple occasions.

If you are in and out this is a good option.

Room Tip: Check the AC, the rooms vary on whether they work.

Ok. To start, the checkin was smooth. After receiving our key cards, we went down to basement parking to get our stuff. After going out the elevator (we used the service lift - do not use that elevator), there was a woman guard, assisted us with our bags but they need to check. NOW HERE COMES THE WORST PART. There are 3 luggages, they opened EACH and thoroughly inspected to the point that my neatly folded clothes got crumpled. IM NOT KIDDING. My underwears were even massacared! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR STUFF, WHAT KIND OF HOTEL SERVICE IS THIS. I FULLY PAID THE ROOM I BOOKED BEFOREHAND AND I DESERVE THIS CRAP? Shoutout to the lady guard with eye glasses assigned in front of the service lift.

Going now to the room, 2bedroom suite is huge. But the light is very dim. Non smoking room smells like smoking room. Check out was poor, even the complimentary guest parking, they are treating you not like a customer.

To be honest, I expected more from this hotel. It's cheap for the size but the service you get, you cant really maximize it. Id rather book for Oakwood or Astoria.

I PROMISE, IF YOU WANT TO ENJOY A PARTY WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS, PLEASE THINK TWICE.

The room is very big enough for us to do our own party. I highly recommended their suite coz it has a complete set of amenities needed from utensils to pillows up. Clean and neat with good internet.

while i arrived very late in the hotel i still got a good and friendly receptionist welcoming me. also i recieved a nice upgrade to a bedroom suite wich is a very spaceous room with multiple area's including a desk, bathroom, sleeping room, living area & kitchen.
the only minor point i had in the hotel was that it took 24hour to get the wifi working.

Twas a not so good experience.

No exaggeration but check in took more than an hour with several follow ups made. Looks like all other reviews were right. The front desk staff arent even proactive in updating customers but would wait for you to approach them before they check with someone on the phone if your suite's ready. Receptionists aren't even smiling except for Yvette, seems like basic customer service training is needed for others. Called them for help several times and they hang up on me twice (January 23 - 6am)! How rude!

We got a 2BR suite and yes it was very spacious and we loved the view! But the furnitures were dusty! Uh huh.

We enjoyed the swimming pool and Jacuzzi!

Now will we be back? Hmmm. I think we still prefer Astoria Plaza!
