- Booked a Standard AC room (common restroom) through TravelBook.ph, and confirmed booking over the phone on the same day.

Check in: No issues.
- I was asked for room key refundable deposit of ₱500

Room: Horrible.
- Was assigned a room directly in front of the elevator, housekeeping room & phone. Just imagine the noise I had to bear every single time guests come in/out of the elevator, but the ringing of the housekeeping phone was the worst part. It felt like the phone was inside my room (it's that loud) I didn't complain at the front desk about the room selection because I was told upon check in that this is the only standard room available.
- The door of the room is sliding-type and was super hard to use. I had to use force to lock and open the door because the positioning is not aligned.

Room amenities: Just okay.
- Cable TV was working with a lot of local and international channels, AC unit was cooling the room just fine, the bath towel was of poor quality material, linens were not spotless but just okay. You will only be provided a small bar of soap for toiletry, and that's it. You have to buy or bring your own shampoo, toothpaste, and toothbrush.
- There's stable Wi-Fi, and its working fine. Saving grace?

Common restroom: Dirty.
- My room was on the 3rd floor, and the restroom is on the 2nd. Quite a hassle needing to go one floor down every time I need to use the toilet, but that's fine. There's hot and cold shower, but the management has to check on the cleanliness of the cubicles. Molds everywhere!

Overall: 3/10
- This hotel is fine for an overnight stay, that's it. If you really need a cheap place to stay, make this your last option. Or perhaps next to last in the area (if you don't want to stay at motels which are abundant in the area).

Affordable just don't expect for a spacious room enough for a good night sleep anyway. Clean rooms, good service and free wifi. My stat for 2 nights on a mixed occupants of 6 beds was just okay. I find it enough for me since i am on a budget travel, the food was good too.

Me and my family stayed here for 4 days. It was a very good experience having their company. Good food, attentive staffs, over all was excellent, even though we check in late, the still accommodate us. Receptionists having their nice greeting a warm smile. That was a plus factor. Thank to the owner for giving us "A HOME AWAY FROM HOME" ^_^ definitely stay here again next time.
