We recently stay in this hotel for overnight as we have flight on the next day.
Check in: Very fast check in but no assistance offer if we have luggage or where should we go. You just need to do it yourself. We just asked the housekeeping attendant the way to our room, but they even don't know the exact location.
Request: We request for higher floor and quiet room as we are just staying for a night, and we want to rest well before the flight. But sadly, they give us the lower floor (2nd floor) and next to the road. :(
Room: Is okay, a bit old and not been clean properly. The coffee that they have is so cheap, I'm expecting a bit more as this is IHG, but they just provide 3 in 1 coffee. The worst part is there is a cockroach in the room. I informed the Front Office when we check-out, and he acted as he don't care at all. Maybe it's a regular complaint that they received.
Smoking area: We asked the guard if there is smoking area, she told us to go to casino.. but we found out there is open area in dining hall that you can smoke. :(
Food: Is good, if you love breakfast meal, this is not a place for you as they serving Brunch meal which the option was very less.

Over all experienced, could be better specially this is IHG company which is international brand, and having this kind of standard is not ideal.More
