totally agree that what i expected was a basic room that travelers can sleep for couple of hours between their transit flights. i don't even need a TV, but quiet and comfy bed that i can sleep is a must. but unfortunately this hotel possibly cannot meet my expectation. i stayed here for 2 nights, the first night and last night in Philippines. On the night i arrived i was assigned to Charlie section, which has a window but exactly above a music club that producing high volume music all the night. the only way to cover the noise to turn the air con on as it provides more noises in the room. i can't get any sleep during my 4 hour stay. second time, i insisted to getting a quiet room and was assigned to Foxfort 2, it's a much quieter room without window but the air con is a modern one. but it started raining during the night, every 20 mins produces water not into the pipe, but onto the ground - i moved my bed towards the center of the room after the first rain falling onto my back. check room before stay!
as summary, the location is perfect, very close to T4, room is basic but clean - i saw staff cleaning shower room and restroom, and if it's quiet it can meet most of people's expectation. rooms are quite different though they are the same price grade, Foxfort is newer than Charlie and with a modern air-con, but i don't know other units. so i recommend to avoid Charlie, or bring your ear plugs if the hotel can't provide them...
