Only advantage is that it’s really close to airport Naia terminal 4 (200m).

The room was simple and small, with a tiny window on the street side. But there is a bar dowstairs, with loud music until 3.30am so we couldn’t sleep until then... plus the aircon is blowing directly in your head when you sleep.

I would only recommend it for someone who seeks a cheap room before a transfer flight.

Hi Hugo B we appreciate your honest feedback, as budget hotel, we follow the no frills mantra but we don't sacrifice the comfort and cleanliness for our rooms. Our rooms have different layouts and not exactly the same since the structure of our place is a complex. We apologize also for the loud noise of the bars close to us, it is a perinneal concern that we get from few guests every time the adjacent bar have ongoing events.Like us, they are tenants with a different nature of business that we could hardly taper and control the noise, despite we never failed to call their attention. As to our air condition unit, perhaps, you may have not adjusted the railings of the vents.

Thanks for taking time to write, the best graces to your trips. Avoir un bon voyage.

It is literally a stone's throw away terminal 4. I love this hotel! They also give discounts to airline crew!

Great price, clean rooms, accomodating and kind personnel, safe (guarded complex), lots of parking, 24 hrs convenience stores & restos across.

i love the fact that they provide rubber slippers! Theyve also provided lots of wall hangers/hooks. Space-savvy! Very well thought of. And they have water dispensers for hot and cold water in the hall way.

This is definitely a 'budget' hotel. Our room was next to the shared bathroom/toilet area. The water pressure was okay and the toilet flushed. Others in our party, their toilet didn't flush.
The bed was adequate, the room was small.

There was a time when the DG Hotel offered a free shuttle to the hotel and to the airport, but that is no longer the case.

If you need simply a bed this might be the place for you, if you are looking for something more, avoid DG budget hotel.

Hi ronnie222, we are sorry to hear during your stay that the flush was broken. To date, our front desk officers have been sharp in coordinating the urgent minor defects that can be addressed immediately by our maintenance available round the clock. Small is not usual size of our rooms since we have different layouts and floor areas for every rooms and most of the rooms are standard sizes.

We still offer free airport pick up, if you book direct thru our website or fb page.

If there's a chance again, please look for Cherry or Vangie, they will assist you of having a better than small room you have had during your last.

Enjoy for your future travels. Cheers!

Hi Heart C, your previous experience with us coincide with full house reservations. Most of our returning guests before they arrive they already have their favorites and firmly follow up the rooms they previously had. I guess, a wrong communication was made on our end. First time locals and foreigners receive the same courtesy, although for our returning guests, since they are already familiar with the kind of rooms that we have, they specify to reserve the rooms for them if it's not taken yet.

If there's an opportunity, that now you are already familiar with the room that you prefer to stay. You may try calling our reservation officer during day time, and mention the room you wish to have the last time, "AS LONG IT IS AVAILABLE", speaking with the native tongue or otherwise, rest assured it will be reserved for you.

Thanks again for taking the time to give us feedback of your stay. Try us again, if you may permit us, first time of not so good experience may change on your second.

totally agree that what i expected was a basic room that travelers can sleep for couple of hours between their transit flights. i don't even need a TV, but quiet and comfy bed that i can sleep is a must. but unfortunately this hotel possibly cannot meet my expectation. i stayed here for 2 nights, the first night and last night in Philippines. On the night i arrived i was assigned to Charlie section, which has a window but exactly above a music club that producing high volume music all the night. the only way to cover the noise to turn the air con on as it provides more noises in the room. i can't get any sleep during my 4 hour stay. second time, i insisted to getting a quiet room and was assigned to Foxfort 2, it's a much quieter room without window but the air con is a modern one. but it started raining during the night, every 20 mins produces water not into the pipe, but onto the ground - i moved my bed towards the center of the room after the first rain falling onto my back. check room before stay!

as summary, the location is perfect, very close to T4, room is basic but clean - i saw staff cleaning shower room and restroom, and if it's quiet it can meet most of people's expectation. rooms are quite different though they are the same price grade, Foxfort is newer than Charlie and with a modern air-con, but i don't know other units. so i recommend to avoid Charlie, or bring your ear plugs if the hotel can't provide them...

Room tip: avoid Charlie, and bring your ear plugs if the hotel can't provide them...
