Being the flagship restaurant of Vikings, their branch in MOA is very crowded. The food is good and there are indeed a lot of choices for their buffet. Refills are alright but not that consistent. If you are the person who is really willing to line up for a long time by getting a number and waiting to be called, then good for you. I would not recommend this place to someone who easily gets irritated by rowdy crowds, loud chattering and boisterous laughing as some guests have no control especially when there are birthday celebrants and they feel hyped with the cheering and dancing of the Vikings staff. I can tolerate those things though thus, I've been here several times. My longest wait was 2 hours but I just rewarded myself with my favorite Sushi and Sashimi which is found in my most favorite section in the restaurant - the Asian food section.

Weve been waiting for more than three hours just to get a table but its fine becàuse we know that we dont have a reservation,and our number is 43 on a list so we wait. The main concern here is the attitude of the staff, the service provided.the manager MELANIE was so unprofessional, i dont know why she get that position that she not deserve at all. While she is escorting going to our table shes asking directly that we have to pay for our son whos only 3 yrs old and while the others are not its just because my son is big on his age, anyway we pay just for a little of white pasta and a piece of pizza for more than 300 pesos,at first we never experience the that we are accomodate.second is the attitude of the staff named KELLY, that gay was so rude, while we are asking for something or talking he always enterupt, he needs to listen first before he talk, i dont know if he is on trained well on his job.the worst thing here is while we are eating he gave us the bill, that was so disrespectful, we said we are not asking for a bill, we are asking to for a birthday song and some piece of cake and he says just keep it the bill there, that was not polite and very rude,not even asking for apologize and left. And to Edgar who i ask for the song and cake, that waiter is out of nowhere. He gave as a cake without candle, then we ask for a candle. Again we ask for a lighter.it takes 15min to get a lighter or matches. Not even smiling.and from that time nobody came on our table to apologize.

We never experience the good service and enjoy the food although the variety and selections was very good. Ive visit that restaurant in 2013 and that was so amazing thats why i recomened that to all my friends and family. And when i cameback in 2019 for vacation and celebrate my birthday here in the philippines that is a nightmare, i will never comeback on that restaurant or maybe to come again but in a different branches.

Food is great, service is worst, some manager and staff is untrained and rude.

Vikings has good buffet food. They have a large selection of all types of food. You can even get pizza there. They have a large selection of sushi and it was very good. The service is average and the pricing is average.

The problem with Vikings is that they overbook and the place becomes so packed that you can't get to the food stations without a long wait. Once you have your food, you really don't want to go back to get in the crowd.

The service is fine, but hit and miss. You may get some help or you may sit for a long time alone. The prices are reasonable. The place is too big for its own good. If they had a better way to manage a crowd that would be fine. They do not.

We had reservations prep. But on that day on the spot before going in they said that they will cut the time to accommodate others since its mother's day. Imagine eating sa buffet ng 1hr and 30mins lng. Time is 5:30pm to 7pm only then next is 8pm for others. But 6:40 pa lng last serve na ng dish. Easy scam 1k per person db. Unlike other branches. Fyi malimit kmi sa buffet.

Hugh variety of food from all continents all over the world at great quality. Everything freshly prepared and regularly filled up.
All you can eat with drinks incl different types of beer included.
Very large place, typically very full so reservation recommended. Noise level is acceptable given the size.
Price is ok.
Well worth a visit given the variety and choice for all appetites.

I would definitively come again.
