Senior Management should review the check in process, there seem to be a gap when the room is available for guest to check in, Housekeeping has 3 hours to ensure the room is clean and ready, official check in time is 3pm it should not be 350pm. We were made to wait for 50 minutes, and nobody from the front desk can logically explain a valid reason why the room was not available, worse the front desk personel is unable to handle the situation, when i complained and told her I will write the CEO, she keeps mumbling and to make matters worse she finally had decided to give us another room, but failed to activate the key card, I had to go down again and ask her to activate the key. It took us 1hour and 15 minutes to finally get into our room or 415 pm check in time is suppose to be 3pm.
Maxims is expected to be one of the best there is and it should adhere and be held to the highest Hotel Industry being a 5 Star Hotel...
