You have to check out the Shine Spa!! I was jet lagged and wanted something to get me right for my business meetings. I booked a Shine Signature Hilot Massage 90min and a Papaya Hydrasoothe Facial 60 Min. Both were amazing!! Money well spent, the masseuse was attentive and made sure I was comfortable through out the entire session! The tables were comfortable and the music was nice and relaxing. So very happy with the service!!
Paid $$$ expecting a 5-star hotel but was so disappointed. Bathroom amenities were incomplete, one of their elevators stunk and the steam room in their spa barely steamed so we just stood there. Breakfast buffet was good though and their staff were great. We asked security how to get help unloading our 2 50lb luggages, instead of assisting us he just stated "You dont need help, you luggage will fit the elevators. Just go the basement 4". We didnt ask for HIM to unload our luggages, we just asked where to find the entrace so we can unload.

The Hilo Massage was the best I have had in the Philippines. I did a two hour session and all the details were perfect. I was able to Bluetooth my own ambiance sounds in the room, the bed was heated, in suite steam room and the Masseuse was masterful.
Sheraton has been our home away from home within Metro Manila. This is our go to place if we want to relax and get away without the need to drive 2 or 3 hours. The best amenities and customer service in the Metro! We had some issues during check in but Cedric at the Frontdesk went the extra mile to accommodate us. Ferry of Housekeeping has also been very attentive to our needs. On the day we didn't ask to make up the room, Ferry still checked if the water or tissue needs to be replenished. We will definitely come back!
