Excellent service, efficient, courteous and polite, smiling staff. Clean and food is excellent. Staff gave the right direction as to where I want to go out and find my destination. They even help me find a grab car or jeepney to take the MRT/LRT.

Got this booking off Expedia, so we’ll prices and I’m pleasantly surprised at how great I’d deal it is. Huge hotel, very modern and clean, super EFFICIENT and helpful staff. The free breakfast buffet was nite than elaborate and had the best selections. Great gym and spa. They even opened it up and hour early to accommodate us. Few miles from International airport. Definitely a win, win

Always stay at Savoy (when using T3) and would have given 5 stars but needed a full body massage. The Health Spa reception desk was unattended with no bell to ring for service; then made several attempts to call from my room and the phone was unanswered. Other than that, as always, everything sparkled.
Hotel entrance is pleasant, room set up is good clean with nice view of the city and the airport is just across...specially the pillow and the bed I feel like im in the cloud that when I laydown my head I fall asleep so fast. They provide smoking area that my partner appreciates. Breakfast is great! And yey! Special they have yougurt the original unsweetened yougurt.
My partner got xonfused with the sample bread. I Hope next time you can provide unsweetened bread too. But over all it was wonderful. Checkingout is quick too!!! Loved it! We will aurely comeback.
We have celebrated my daughter's 5th birthday and they have granted all my requests. Kudos to Nick and Jen of front desk for being very accommodating even before we arrived. When we arrived, Joana made sure to assist us even though it took us a little more than 30 mins. to check in. She is very patient and I really appreciate how she handles the long line. They have given us complimentary sliced cake for my daughter. Our dine-in experience was superb! Great job Chef James! But the most notable is Mr. Jerome, he was there during buffet dinner and we are very happy how he assisted us even the kids. He have given the "service beyond expectations" experience to me and my family.
Was a one night stay. The room was clean and good service since arriving at the hotel until leaving. The Securityguard even checked the taxi if we left something in the car. I found a clean room. Just in the bathroom some little things I would change. Like the hose of the shower. From the Window you see the airport. But it's not so noisy as I expected.
