Service is good, food is also good eventhough serving is not enough and a bit high price. Room is clean and cozy to sleep in. All staffs are accomodating and friendly and easy to ask if you have questions and can respond appropriately.

I stayed in this hotel from 10 Oct to 18 Oct 2021 as part of the government’s mandatory quarantine requirement for OFWs.

We initially was not happy about the long waiting time to check in. The Asst Front Office Manager went inside the bus while we wait as he professionally explained the situation. His calm demeanor yet very clear explanation made a very big difference to all of us unhappy folks as we wait to be billeted in our rooms. It’s a shame I forgot his name.

Additionally, the guest services staffs were all very professional too. They will promptly process requests and will even call back to check if it is delivered.

Then the room attendants, every time I will open the door to get my stocks (as we are not allowed to get out of the room), they will automatically greet you good morning with a huge smile.

Finally, during check out, the front office staffs, were all very jolly and happy to assist as they knew we were excited to go home.

All these, made my 9 day quarantine stay very enjoyable.

These showed the very high level of their customer service culture!

Kudos Savoy Hotel Manila.!

PS: The Asst Front Office Manager should be promoted in my opinion as he efficiently handled everything in order. Very commendable leadership skills!!

Rooms are very nice. The view is amazing! Staff are friendly. Will definitely recommend Savoy to my friends and colleagues. If you are looking for a great place, Savoy is one of the best! Visit soon!❤

Visited as a quarantine for 10 days, did not change bed sheets, refill the toiletries, change th e bathroom towels...have to use it the entire 10 days of quarantine, do not have any laundry...luckily i have clothes for 10 days...
