We stayed at the Hilton Manila for a Halloween break and overall had a wonderful experience. We opted for a room with lounge access, which was definitely worth it. Our room had two twin beds, and while the room wasn’t as spotless as expected, it was comfortable and had complete water amenities, which was a nice touch.
The food at the main restaurant was fantastic, and breakfast was especially exceptional. The hotel even allowed us an extra breakfast on our early arrival, which was a huge plus and showed their generosity. The omelette station was a standout, and we appreciated being able to enjoy as much as we wanted without any issues.
Lounge access was nice, with food that was very good—though not the best I’ve had, it still impressed. For dinner, they served a bento tempura box, which was satisfying. While the shrimp tempura wasn’t the best I’ve tasted, the quality overall was exceptional for the price of lounge access.
Check-in took a bit longer due to a high number of guests, but we were pleased to get our room an hour earlier than the usual 3 PM check-in. Given that the hotel wasn’t full, I did wonder why we couldn’t access the room sooner, but we appreciated the early check-in nonetheless.
The swimming pool area was fantastic, though understandably crowded due to the holiday. We didn’t get to experience it at night, but it looked like a fun and inviting space.
Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Despite a few minor hiccups, Hilton Manila’s warm service and solid amenities made it a memorable stay. I’d recommend it for anyone looking for a good balance of luxury and comfort.
