Friendly staff. Location is very convenient via the bridge also free shuttle. Close to the International airport. Love the shopping strip and the busy surrounds. The lounge has a very limited options of food so if you want to have more options for breakfast you need to go to Kusina. They offer healthy options which is really good!!!!

The kind and attentive staff in this hotel are truly remarkable. The hotel itself is very beautifully designed and decorated. Incredible art in every corner. Breakfast and dinner was outstanding. A two minute walk to the waterfront and an enormous mall. Concierge assisted us with organizing private tours of Manila and the volcanos. Pool was lovely, as was the executive lounge!

The facility is amazing, my husband loves it. Nice view, food is excellent with variety of cuisines. We love the Asian food. The staff are nice and accommodating. Worth the price we pay. We will come back and book again on this place soon. Thank you

I want to say I’ve been traveling with Hilton brand for over 15 years on business and this was my first time in Manila. This review is my pleasure to write for the Hilton Manila (Newport). The location is perfect for those that wish to get out and see the city of Manila but come back to a family/ welcoming hotel accommodation. Of course my experience was Diamond membership level but even going to the buffet on the 3rd floor was just a great experience.
Pat really stood out in the service area
In the Executive lounge the team was great and if you have the privilege to stay with them they will text your phone daily to ensure you have everything you need! 6-9pm every evening I met so many new friends and had great food and drinks. They actually serve lunch/dinner, not like some hiltons with only a few items.

One of my daughter's birthday wishes was for her cat to experience a stay at a hotel. While searching, we found that Hilton is a pet-friendly hotel, so we decided to make this special experience happen. No regrets at all.the entire stay was smooth from arrival to departure.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by a bellman who directed us to the front desk, located on the 3rd floor. The front office receptionist was incredibly friendly and accommodating. When we reached our room, we were pleased with the perfect location, offering a pool view. And guess what? our cat was thrilled,there was even something special prepared for her🐈😜
The Executive Lounge food was just right, with a balanced selection, and what I loved most was their special menu, which included rice dishes. I’d like to mention Piane, who was especially friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
We will definitely return to this hotel and look forward to experiencing more of what it has to offer.
