One of my daughter's birthday wishes was for her cat to experience a stay at a hotel. While searching, we found that Hilton is a pet-friendly hotel, so we decided to make this special experience happen. No regrets at all.the entire stay was smooth from arrival to departure.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by a bellman who directed us to the front desk, located on the 3rd floor. The front office receptionist was incredibly friendly and accommodating. When we reached our room, we were pleased with the perfect location, offering a pool view. And guess what? our cat was thrilled,there was even something special prepared for her🐈😜

The Executive Lounge food was just right, with a balanced selection, and what I loved most was their special menu, which included rice dishes. I’d like to mention Piane, who was especially friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We will definitely return to this hotel and look forward to experiencing more of what it has to offer.

This is my go-to hotel in MNL. It's in a very convenient location (walking distance from Terminal 3, adjacent to a mall with restaurants, etc.). Definitely world class- even better than Hilton Eur La Lama (no pool) or other Hiltons at top tourist destinations of the world. Though not as luxurious as Hilton Opera Paris, the Filipino hospitality more than compensate for the fancy lobby of the the French counterpart. The staff is wonderful- friendly, courteous and professional. The pool is crowded but large. Parking is free and secured. Executive lounge and suites are first rate. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Priced lower than Conrad but the amenities are at par. Can't find anything negative to say about this Hilton.

It was an amazing experience for the family. The whole staff and Chefs in their Executive Lounge were all friendly and accommodating. The manager Miss Angel was very hands on and her staffs Cecilia, Francesca, Brigitte and EJ are the best people we've ever met. We will definitely come back because we were treated well. Thank you Hilton Manila for the unforgettable experience.
