My first ever Hilton Manila experience and did not disappoint. I was greeted/welcomed the moment I entered. I ordered room service for dinner and breakfast and both my servers were professional and delivered my food to my room in a timely manner. Wil for sure be back in the future. My only suggestion though is an aiport shuttle.

Food are delicious, staff are kind and approachable they really assist us and inform us time to time that if we need anything just tell to them.

This is my first Hilton experience in Manila, and I love it! Combining Hilton's excellent service with Filipinos' second-to-none hospitality made this experience memorable.

What sets this Hilton apart is the small details they paid attention to. As we entered the lobby, we were asked if we were checking in and asked for our surname. Their staff welcomed us, and MacGyver (I hope I spelled it right) sent us to the executive lounge to check in. We were then greeted with warm hospitality by Ms. Kim (she is an asset!). And knowing Filipino families are pretty big, Ms. Kim gladly offered and asked if I wanted to add breakfast headcount at a discounted price. However, at that time, I was unsure if everyone was joining, so I politely asked her if I could update her later. Then, during our evening cocktail, I was happy to know that she endorsed my request to Ms. Jeanine regarding the breakfast.

These small details, even during our short stay, made this trip to Hilton Manila a must if you are flying out or, in my case, spending my last night to cap off my Manila holiday.
