The first thing I order is their soup.
I really like ALL of their soups.

There have been times when I just order their soups. Lots of them.

While Paradise Dynasty is known for their Xiao Long Bao, and rightly so, since they make delicious XLB, I love their soups.

Chilled Aloe Vera and Osmantus Jelly in Honey Lemon Juice
Chilled Snow Fungus with Peach

Parking is not a problem since there are lots of parking options.
Staff is nice
Aircon temperature is good
Reservations is suggested since they have many customers during peak hours.

The quality of service has significantly dropped. Staff is aloof and just leaves even when you're not even done asking questions. It just felt very rude and unprofessional.

Food is so so, not enough to warrant the attitude. Left and cancelled takeout orders. Order from China Blue nearby, staff and food was wonderful there.

I heard that this restaurant was well known for its food so it was our first choice for us to have a family get together with me coming home from the UK for business.

Where do I begin ….

We waited for an hour to get a table, I don’t recall these being cleaned when we sat down. We ordered the food and waited for these to arrive, when it did, we couldn’t eat because we had no plates our utensils. We asked four different people several times and by the time our places were set, the food was not hot anymore. We were finally able to order our drinks and by the time these came we were almost finished eating. I couldn’t believe that there were only a few waiters/waitresses on the floor!

No one asked if we wanted any desserts (not that we would have ordered knowing how poor the service was), but the shock when at a few minutes past 10:00, we were approached by one of the waitresses to say that we had to leave because the staff had a long way to go home and that we had to have consideration for them. WOW!!!! She could have just said that they closed at 10 and we would have left - we did not deserve some condescending speech from the staff - especially after the very poor and slow service we experienced.

The food for me was average and nothing what I expected from what I heard - I seriously don’t understand what the hype is about this place. I will definitely not go back and I do not recommend it at all.

You can never go wrong in dining here. Their food is safe for a very picky Filipino eater as they their dishes are very close to our usual finds. I would definitely bring my family here as the servings are good for sharing.

This is my first time to write a review! As I want the management to know what is happening in the restaurant.

When we arrive me and my wife (pregnant) with a baby. We were told that the restaurant is full and have to wait. We were first on the list and told us that it will took 30 to 40min waiting time. We walk around and come back around 8:30 to check. 1 guest walk inside seem to know all of the staff and upon checking we were 5 on the waitlist. She was entertained and gave a table right away. Checked with the hostess who was that? I told her is she your colleague? She answered yes. I ask her again. Why was she seated knowing we were 1st on the list. She then answered me that the table can't fit to us. What a terrible answer knowing they were at fault giving the table in front of the guest who waited long then giving privelege because she is an employee. Didn't even bother to apologies and bothered to sympathized for the inconvenience which the table is available and they have empty table inside that could connect the table as what she mentioned that could not fit on our requirement. Me and my wife cancelled our reservation and walked away.
