This is a very nice hotel .rooms are very nice with tea coffee making. Multi channel TV. Staff are so friendly...Manila is amazing place .. stayed here lots of times .. 5 star ..this is also a quarantine hotel like most hotels in manila . And is in the heart of makatiMore

I would like to commend the staff from the secuirty guards, to the reception, bellboys and café and buffet personnel for their 5 star service even though it was not easy staying in hotels nowadays due to several requirements. the staff proved that everything would be perfectly fine like before i.e. pre covid situation and i sincerely felt the dedication of each employee to their craft and the warmth of Filipino hospitality, my hats off! apologies as I could not remember your names. We booked a couple rooms towards the end of year 2021. This is my first time in this property and my first stay in Makati after 4 years, Greenbelt 1 & 5 are just few steps across the property. The interior is very nice, the lobby. The hotel is new. The room is sanitized and clean, the furniture is new as well. I think i would stay again in this property when i travel again to the Philippines. Keep it up!

Spent Christmas eve in a 2 bedroom suite with my family last December. The room is very spacious and all the staff are very accommodating. Service is fast and staff are courteous (special mention to Harold of concierge). I love the accommodation at the Club Lounge.

Stayed for 2 nights in this hotel last December in their One Bedroom Suite. Very spacious dining/living area, perfect for holiday hosting a couple of friends. They had a welcome snacks and Coca Bola Bottles and San Miguel Lights in the fridge=) Modern design and comfortable furniture in the room.
Excellent service provided by Kevin from the Front Desk from checkin to checkout. All staff and personnel were very helpful from the Guards when entering the building and the staff at the Alfed's during the breakfast buffet.
Beautiful breakfast buffet set up. I love that they have a congee station=) What's also nice is the Dining Card they offer, in case you're not able to make it to the 10:00am cut off of the breakfast buffet. The Dining Card can be used in nearby restaurants in Greenbelt.
Very convenient location, if you want to stay near the Greenbelt area.

I booked this hotel for my Makati City intimate wedding, NCR on Alert level3.
Check-in: very smooth, me & my family enjoyed the welcome drinks as we go through and accomplish check in requirements.
Rooms: Very clean & spacious with Makati City Skyline view, our rooms are situated on 20th & 19th flr.
Bride- 2Bedroom suite -4 persons
Groom-1Bedroom suite-3 persons
Since NCR was on Alert Level3 # of visitors that could enter the room is limited & they have visting hours. In the event that visitors really needs to go to the rooms, outside the vising hrs there is a 1,500php charge per person.
Breakfast: Alfred breakfast buffet was nice, we loved the bacon & potato wedge. If you prefer different cuisine you may use the dining card in restaurants near by.
Me & my guest had a pleasant experience since all staffs are very friendly & accomodating.
The hotel even provided a congratulatory treats & greetings for us newlyweds.
We will definitely book this again!
