I have been staying at the Makati Diamond from July 20, 2019 to September 23, 2019.
During this time, I stayed in a single luxury apartment hotel room in vicinity of the 15th floor. I traveled for business as a single, male, mid thirties, American traveler.
In the interest of keeping this short an concise, I'll get right to the point.
This hotel has exceeded my expectations. The staff is unusually friendly and warm. More-so than any other hotel I've ever stayed at and I've spent over a couple years of my life living in hotels.
To mention a few names, Jinki will greet you with a friendly smile and ensure you are well taken care of, Ied and Mark work the bar on the 27th floor and make it their personal business to ensure you get the drink you want. Don't miss the free drinks and food during happy hour. Mica is always standing by every morning to validate my card and Joan has my complimentary latte practically on stand-by every morning. Every staff member makes you feel at home. Even the guard dogs are some of the nicest animals you'll meet. Room service keeps your room clean every day and keeps free beer stocked in the fridge. Fresh towels, clean bed sheets, complimentary dry-cleaning, reward points card that can be applied to the hotel and other restaurants throughout the area, etc, etc etc. The list goes on. Simply a delightful crew of people to be around and a great place I call my temporary home.
Finally, the gyms have everything anyone serious about keeping fit would need to keep in shape. The security is at a premium with medal detectors, dogs, x-rays, guards etc. And, the location is really nice as it's located across the street from a billion shops and restaurants.
I have literally no complaints and nothing negative to say about my stay here.
