The hotel is conveniently located across Greenbelt. Easy access to Greenbelt, Glorietta, Landmark and SM Makati. Rooms are very spacious, comfortable and well-maintained. Twin rooms can actually fit up to 4 people because the bed are in queen size. Wifi connection was fast. Breakfast options are excellent. One has the option to have an Western breakfast in the 1st floor or Filipino style breakfast at the rooftop restaurant. Staff is very attentive and helpful. They give free chocolates too! Overall, I had an excellent stay! :)

We were looking for something specific and JC was kind enough to offer it. Definite plus to find that the food was fantastic! But it would be even lovelier if the serving is adequate for someone with a heavy appetite like me :)

Makati Diamond Residences is one of the regular venues tapped by the Institute of Corporate Directors, Inc. (ICD) for its at least once a month professional events for its Fellow & Associate members. In my regular visits to this hotel I can confirm that The Makati Diamond Residences is indeed known for its courteous staffers, clean facilities and convenient basement parking and nearness to the Ayala Mall Complex in Makati.

The hotel is a prime property located close to shopping areas. Several Malls are in the vicinity and provide a good shopping experience. The hotel is quite comfortable. Breakfast spread is not so great as the choices are limited.

What separates the Makati Diamond from all other hotels is the unmatched hospitality of the staff. In my 25 years of hotel/restaurant experience, I've never seen a crew that worked as well together. Jecca, Ariane, Jaymie, Joyce and Margeux at the Club Lounge desk address our daily needs with fervor and genuine courtesy. Ied, Renz and Coi deliver artfully crafted coffee, smiles and eggs at breakfast. Chef Anton and his staff dutifully maintain the club lounge buffet to ensure freshness and provide enough quantity for all. Ramon, with her effusive smile, the concierge and security staff, greet with good cheer as we come and go each day. Zanye and Arnel look after the cigar lounge providing tasty beverages and conversation. The debonair Carlo leads the bar tending team, Phel and Mark, mixing signature cocktails and pouring complimentary San Miguel (and maybe a chess match?). Jinky, with her sardonic wit, chides us long-timers, making us feel more like siblings then guests. And managing it all, Ms. Fatima, endures our group's demands with graceful elegance and class. Together, this team of service professionals delivers unparalleled guest service by talking with us, sharing stories about family and the Philippines and displaying genuine concern for our comfort.
Arriving to the Diamond each day is truly a rewarding experience, especially if I get to the happy hour buffet in time! My sincerest thanks to Ms. Fatima and the team for surpassing expectations and making me feel at home.

Serviced Apartment. Comfortable bed and room. You will find free snacks and drinks in the apartment. Just opposite of Greenbelt shopping area and also convinence store. You will be able to find everything you need in Greenbelt, from middle to high end prices. Safe and practical area to stay in Manila.
