Had a 6-night stay at this fabulous hotel. The service is premium. Hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. They go out of their way to ensure that we are comfortable and everything we need is on hand. The facilities are modern, the decor stylish and the over-all ambience, classy.

During our 5-day function, the technical and f&b staff made sure that our event went on smoothly. They were always on-hand to assist us, definitely a plus factor when considering venues for meetings and other events. The facilities were good and so was our conference food!

The room is very spacious. With kitchenette and in-house provision of snacks. Amenities were superb as well. Throughout the duration of my stay, I had a comfortable and restful sleep.

The location is very convenient. Just across the shopping malls, drugstore and bank establishments. Everything is within walking distance.

The dining card option is marvelous and such a great innovative idea. I tend to forego hotel breakfast as they all seem same to me. With each morning, my dining card earns a P400 credit that I can reedeem to any of their partner restaurants anytime I want during my entire stay. This gives me plenty of options to where and what cuisine I want to eat. And since I have not consumed my dining credits, what I did is to redeem my points by ordering to-go in one of my fave restos that they are partner with and use the rest of my credits in their pastry shop, Baked. My family was really happy with all the food I brought home. 😉

Staying in this hotel is definitely worth more than what we paid for. For me, the Makati Diamond Residences is the hotel of choice! 👌

This was a nice property with a well trained staff. My room had a nice view and was very spacious. I especially enjoyed the comfortable bed and the walk in shower. I will stay here again and would highly recommend booking here.

This hotel is located right across the street for you to shop n dine with 12 interconnected malls! As Such, we did not take their breakfast deals as there are so many other options available.

We took their most basic room with 2 queen beds, which we slept comfortably with our 10 years old son. Beds were comfortable n clean, only thing is pillows are too soft to our liking but luckily they have a pillow menu n we got 3 extra firm pillows and slept like a baby every night.

Only thing I wish it was different was the shower area, there wasn’t any door but just a screen so sometimes the floor will get pretty wet after showering. But that would not deter me n my family from coming back. Water pressure is good n all toiletries provided...

We used their gym and swimming pool everyday while we were there for 5 days. My son and husband really enjoyed their 25 m indoor lap pool. There is also a small shallow pool for toddlers next to it. Though it’s indoor, the pool area is still bright and cooling with comfortable seating area provided.

The main Gym room is very well equipped and machines are new and up to date. Another separate smaller room is use to conduct TRX lesson and one can used it for yoga session too. I had TRX and HIIT lesson with PJ. He is a such a great instructor and is kind enough to accommodate my time with the lessons each morning. Truly an asset to your hotel to have such a dedicated staff.
Both the pool and gym are very taken care of. They are clean and very well maintained.

All staff are friendly and helpful and took an initiative to greet and chat with you everyday.
