The waiter recommended the Lomo Saltado and it is indeed the best one we've ordered from Brasas. It comes with slaw. The corn on the cob and the grilled meats is okay. We tried the rest but there's nothing else to rave about. The P50. nachos was depressing, as I was expecting more salsa and cheese. It's the saddest nacho I have tasted.

We dined here on a weekday, so there weren't a lot of people and the place was actually almost empty which was to my liking. We ordered Pollo Asado Platter and Pollo Saltado. Good food, tender chicken, but the experience was nothing out of the ordinary. I also found it a bit pricey for the serving portion.

Servers didn't seem warm or accommodating, like they just want to be done with taking your orders, serving your food then, eager to see you go. Philippines really has a long way to go in terms of customer service, compared to other parts of the world.

Decided to eat here after reading good reviews on its food. Ate at the Jazz Mall branch. Ambiance is good. We arrived late for lunch since we came straight from son's graduation. Only 2 tables filled so crew wasn't busy. We were immediately welcomed, seated and given the menu. Problem was, of the 4 non-alcoholic drinks, 2 were not available. We wanted to try their signature guarapo and that wasn't available. My hubby especially like watermelon but the drink wasn't available too. A few items on the main menu were also not available. We each had a platter of rice pilaf with meat of choice (pork, beef and chicken). All were tender and good. I loved everything about the food. (But I have to say, if you're a person with a big appetite like my hubby, their serving size won't fill you up.) Worth mentioning that food arrived without delay. Though, this is as expected since the place was almost empty. What turned me off was I had to request for table napkins. They didn't have it available on the table and it didn't come with the food order. Another thing was it seemed like nobody was paying attention to us so we had a hard time getting someone's attention to bill us out. Hubby felt it was bad service because, though we appreciate the privacy, the waiters weren't really waiting on us. (Add the fact that the crew weren't all smiles like they should be. In other restaurants, crew would be really friendly.)

I was walking around this new Mall when I saw Brasas Latin American Street Food. The name intrigued me and I checked out the menu. There were 3 of us and the vote was to try it out.
For appetizers, go for the Ay Carmba la Papa! seasoned home made potato chips with smoked bacon bits and cheese sauce, at USD$4 per platter, it's good, valk great taste and enough for 2 or 3 people. Delicious! We also had Patacones as a second appetizer. This cost less than USD$4 and was made from banana plantain chips with smoked pulled pork and Monterey Jack Cheese.

For our main course we decided to share 2 dishes between the 3 of us. We ordered a Carne Asada Platter inspired from Colombia for USD$6.50. It was charcoal grilled beef sirloin, served with South American coleslaw, Spanish rice and chimichurri. The meat was grilled to perfection, and the flavors were great. We enjoyed that. Although the serving of meat was done in strips.

For our second dish, we had a Puerco Asado inspired from Cuba. Slow roaster pork belly with a crunchy skin on top, again served with South American cole slaw and Rice with beans Cuban style. All tha for less than USD$ 7.00.

Our dessert was Conquista Me. A ladyfinger sponge cake soaked in coffee and rhum, brandy cream cheese mouse, sweet milk cream topped with shavings of dark chocolate? A must try. That cost about USD$2.50.

Great meal! We are planning to go back to try the other offers! The service was great!
