I am working in Travel and Hospitality industry and I can testify that City Garden GRAND provides top-notch service and facilities. We stayed in a Deluxe Room and it is so spacious and clean! It is truly a value for money. The breakfast is also superb and the view at the Firefly Roofdeck is the best I have ever seen. Devise a way where you can also accommodate your checked-in hotel guests who would like to have a city view from the roof deck without availing the buffet as not all can afford it.
Also, plan on how to not inconvenience your guests during long queue at the elevators. We understand the pandemic situation but you can always formulate plans.

Staff was courteous at check-in, efficiently registering us and presenting us with keys. The room was clean, modern and appointed. The mango wood floors and large window were welcomed touches. Covid protocols were followed and I felt safe.
