Very quiet which is rare in Manila. Good location close to Poblacion and Makati.
But the top is the staff very nice and helpful! Maurice gave us many tips to visit Manila.
Definitly recommand it!
Just a tips at the airport take yellow taxi and show them the map that will sent you by mail. Ask him to put the meter on and it will cost you around 250P!

Stayed here on a weekend because I needed one more night in Manila. The room is not so large but very clean, there's a safety box (not so many inexpensive places in the Philippines have these), and downstairs you can drink coffee any time of the day. At first, was somewhat concerned about the location in a small street, but the area seemed to be safe, even when I was coming back late after a night out. P.Burgos street/Makati ave. are just a short walk away, did not really need any transportation, but there's a jeepney if you really hate to walk. I also needed to visit HSBC ATM (to withdraw cash from the foreign card without a fee) in the Power Plant mall, no problem to walk there (10 minutes) yet there are no sidewalks for much of the way (the same jeepney going the other way can help in that); it's also closer to walk to there than from P.Burgos. The staff are all very friendly and always helped me if I needed something (for example to find a rush laundry service, which finally even didn't have 3kg minimum, unlike most of these in P.Burgos area). Overall, a very nice stay, thank you very much.

The hotel had everything we needed, it was in a safe area and a 10 minute walk along the river to the mall. The room was clean and comfortable, included a safe and good tv channels. Complimentary hot and cold water in the lobby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We took a yellow taxi from the airport there for 250P and the hotel booked us a grab car back to the airport for 218P. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent accommodation and facilities. Rooms are very clean and furnished with everything you need. Crispy clean Bed linen that smelled great. Although water pressure was poor for shower, it really didn't bother us. There is unlimited coffee and water available in lobby area (yaayy). Staff was excellent and helpful. We wanted to extend our stay, unfortunately they were fully booked. Location is great and 5 mins walk to the "action" street. Hotel neighborhood is not very posh and kind of dodgy, so be vigilant while walking through street. Highly recommend.

Lovely 3 night stay at this cute hotel. Originally booked two nights but stayed a third and staff ensured we could stay in the same room as my bf wasn't well. Clean and quiet room, comfy bed, some English channels.. Just what we needed at the time! Staff went above and beyond to help out, very friendly and helpful with our transport needs, feels like a family run business everyone very respectful. Complimentary tea and coffee at reception :) Daily housekeeping, fridge in room. Nice hot shower. Feel like I got good value for money here!
