The moment we arrived we felt most welcome by the staff from the doorman to front desk to housekeeping. The room is clean, smells fresh, ample in size, complete with necessary amenities like kitchen, receiving area, bedroom and modern bath. It is accessible to mall, restaurants, shops and unique stores. With the presence of Rockwell's private security personnel in every strategic place, I found the area very secured and highly monitored 24/7.

I enjoy staying at Aruga because I always feel welcome when I arrive at the property. All the staff, from the security to the front desk officers are courteous and polite, very professional and always happy to assist. The rooms are generously sized and has the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Being right beside the Mall also makes it convenient. Overall surroundings is clean and safe. Aruga is always my first choice in hotel when visiting Manila.

Everyone enjoyed! Fireworks in Rockwell Center was amazing! Kids enjoyed the welcome popcorn and ice cream. Such a nice, chill and stress-free way to usher the new year. We did not worry about the food since Powerplant is just across.
