Check my photos!
- Bed sheets had stains (looked like water stains, but God knows what they were)
- Curtains had holes!
- Carpet was extremely dirty, even the soles of our hotel slippers turned black
- Dust gathering in room corners -- so disgusting!
- The duvet cover had a clump of hair trapped in the Velcro! Eew!
- Furniture was so dirty, dusty, and ridiculously old. Please please please check my photo and tell me if you would sit on that chair!
- Booked a non-smoking room, was given a smoking room so the carpet had burn stains and the room smelled like cigar smoke!
- Had a depressing lighting, if there was lighting at all! No natural light coming in as there was only 1 small window.
- Only had yellow lights, so it was soooo dark inside!

Room Tip: Tip: Book somewhere else

This 3 start hotel has one-of-a-kind car parking facility. Upon entering to a narrow parking basement you will be guided by a personnel to drive your car to the lift which it will bring you and your car to the basement where other cars are. This is a good facility in a building which has limited parking area and limited space.

The 26-floor hotel is always running fully book. Expect a bit traffic in checking in. Though front office personnel are being so polite and nice. It has small lobby which has music band at night. Parking attendants and concierge are also approachable.

Their rooms are big and spacious. Big bed and a sofa to relax while drinking coffee. Though the view are all buildings yet you can appreciate the privacy. Swimming pool is in 5th floor and its indoor. They have small gym with basic equipments. Most of the floors are newly renovated.

They have free wifi though a bit slower compare to others. Bathrooms have bidet and a shower room. Lower rooms have tubs but in the executive floors only walk-in shower.

This Malaysian-hotel will surely give you an in-house feeling which satisfy your needs as a couple or a family.

Can't really say much as only stayed there for 6hrs while waiting for a connecting flight, but it seemed OK from what I seen, although it's only a few kms from airport this can take an hour or more depending on time and traffic so take this into account when traveling. They say the airport transfer was 950 each way yet decided to charge me 2000 for the inbound trip as they said they were waiting for flight, why they couldn't contact airport before to see if plane was on time or not seems a bit silly and only common sense to me. Would I stay there again, probably.

The proximity it has with all the nught life in makati and fort bonifacio is very ideal specially if you dont want to drive that long after a night of revelry. Here is my take. . .
First the cons: the builing is a little old and interiors are out of date, parking is a challange even though they have basement parking and you get to rude the car lift / elevator you have to wait for a staff to assist you to operate the lift and sometimes they are a little shorthanded so you will have to wait. The room AC is a little weak and you need to close the curtain because you will have an audience in the morning with the building next door.
Now the pros: the staffs are very friendly and accomodating which i think offsets the small inconvinience you may have. The room is spacious and almost have conplete ammenities. You can walk outside to find alot of food choices and restos.
