It was a holiday and we were invited to stay in Holiday Inn Hotel Makati. My family normally chooses a hotel around our Quezon City home for convenience (we hate getting stuck in traffic) so we reluctantly agreed. However, Holiday Inn Makati did not disappoint! The hotel staffs in the check-in counter, restaurant, bar and housekeeping are very accommodating. The person-on-duty at the bar even made some small talks making sure we enjoyed our drink. I also like the idea of the hotel being adjacent to Glorietta because we had a lot of restaurants to choose from. Thanks again to the all the staff for making sure we are comfortable during our stay. Our family would definitely be back again for more staycations!

I resumed my business trips to Manila and keep staying at Holiday Inn, winning features of the hotel are very high level of service and the location. All ongoing issues of hotel stay were solves extremely fast and hotel team is very helpful with transportation-what else do you need for perfect stay being concentrated on your work?

Perfect resting place upon arrival from overseas before heading home. Comfortable rooms for the wife and kids, though would have been nice if we were on connecting rooms. Courteous staff and great service, easy access to the mall/s restaurants a big plus too!
