Dimsum at Jasmine of New World Hotel, Makati

It was my son's birthday and we decided to have dimsum at Jasmine. We especially enjoyed the Honey Roasted Pork, Taro Puff, Efu Noodle and Mango Sago that day. To match the delicious meal, Aiyen and Romar gave us excellent service. Can't wait to go back after this lockdown.

10 day quarantine

First of there’s a pandemic going on via Covid and every one who comes to the Philippines must quarantine. Me and wife did and experience the whole thing. From day one from our swift shuttle from the airport to the back end of the hotel our experience has been overwhelming. To survive this ordeal takes patience and understanding and that us what Jonas Aguilar did to keep our quarantine stay sane and safe. The abundance of generosity and tried patience of giving us the greatest service possible in this pandemic times is insurmountable. Our needs were met as we requested all the necessities to have a comfortable stay including a vacuum to clean our room and fresh linens as needed. Water of course was provided and with quick turnaround with their services. Mind me as we almost lost our mind through this ordeal but Jonas kept us sane by listening to our rants and complains with the whole red tape quarantine issues we have. Mikaela helped also as she was lending her heart and soul to hear our preficament and doing her best to help us. The beauty of the hotel was later eevealed on our tenth day of freedom from quarantine but it never compares ti the compassion and deducation of Mikaela and Jonas in making our quarantine stay bearable and lees painful. Our readon for the travel should be explain as my mother in law passed away while we were in quarantine. We didn’t expect ti travel but we did and thanks to New World Hitel Makati, our stay at thus prestigious hotel l is both memorable and pleasnt thanks again to Mikaela and Jones. Professionalism at its finest.

Quarantine

Luxurious hotel for holiday getaway with family and friends situated around the prestigious and business center in down town Makati area, The hotel is 5 star with roomy space and at the hearth of shopping distric in Manila. Close to well known signature products designers with the likes of GUCCI, LV, and much more.
I enjoyed my stay with the hospitality shown by their employee Mr. WILSON PINILI. He is a perfect example of employee providing excellent service to their guests.

Recommended Qurantine Hotel

I had the occasion of traveling back home to Manila recently and thanks to COVID-19, the first 10 days of my trip had to be spent at a designated quarantine facility. Should you find yourself in the same situation, I highly recommend choosing New World Hotel Makati as your quarantine hotel.

Being unable to leave your room, you will be fully dependent on the hotel staff for your essentials like food and water and the staff at New World was very dependable indeed. The room service was quick and efficient, and always friendly. They're just a phone call away and will bring you anything including gym equipment (though I didn't take advantage of this during my stay, that option was made available).

Apart from the great service you can look forward to a great menu. Food will be a huge factor for an enjoyable quarantine. The set menu had a lot of variety, every day was something new. And if the current selection wasn't your choice, you could always request something off the ala-carte menu. You could even order dimsum from the hotel's Chinese restaurant, Jasmine.

I had a great view of the city, enjoyable food, reliable internet speeds, and lounging in my hotel bath robe, this felt much more like a staycation than a mandatory quarantine.

Great quarantine hotel for returning Filipinos

We stayed here to comply with the 10 government quarantine and would recommend to anyone needing a quarantine hotel coming from abroad.

The staff at New World Makati is very accommodating and courteous. Would suggest to coordinate with them as early as a few days prior to arrival so they know what time is your expected arrival, if you need early check in, in need of additional items such as bed crib etc.

New world always feels like an extended staycation as you can always reach out to them if you need additional water, have documents printed (was working during quarantine) etc.

Aside from the stay, the food is always delicious. A lot of variety and very tasty. Menu ranges from Japanese, vegetarian, regular on board meals etc and comes with dessert, salad etc.

Would stay here again and would recommend to anyone needing a quarantine hotel upon coming back to the Philippines
