Our second visit as good as our first - Laing is flavorful, nuanced and a much finer take on a classic Bicolano dish (the old adage saying that one eats at restaurants to enjoy cuisine they can't make at home)... Liempo was chunkier than what one would expect but tasty; Gammas were as good as any Spanish resto with pronounced garlic flavors... service is designed as Filipino as the language of service is Tagalog.
Environ is contemporary design - attractive and also, clean.
