The Seda Makati always offers a very good experience whether business or pleasure. If you’re returning here, you are always welcomed back like old friends. The staff are kind and polite, the rooms are well appointed and the breakfast always enjoyable. Lunch and dinner on the 35th floor are both also worth a try.
We’ve stayed in many good Makati hotels over the years and for us the Seda Makati is the best all round value you’ll find, for now at least.

This is a brilliant hotel the staff are amazing very luxurious the room was comfy and all amenities were exactly what I needed the views were also beautiful, would absolutely stay again thank you seda.

We love staying here at Seda Hotel for 2 nights. They were accommodating and allowed us to check in early and checkout late. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. What we love is the roof deck bar where you can eat and drink with a great view in the morning and evening though the drinks are price quit high.
My only suggestion is the TV should have like TV Stick so they can watch Netflix as well Thank you Seda for iur great relaxing stay!

I can highly recommend Seda Residences to my family,friends and colleagues. The refreshing scent at the lobby,so relaxing.All staff are good.Food in Misto are good too,I can't stop myself to come into breakfast buffet many times
