Location is very accessible, close to malls along the main roads. The room size we stayed is very reasonable for the price, clean and friendly staff. However, they don't have much space to park your car, so I think this hotel is more on foreign tourists who needs airport pickup. By the way, the location is very close to red district, that's a tip.

It’s a relaxing quick stay at St. Giles Hotel Makati City. I don’t expect too much for our stay since its the most affordable hotel in agoda but with great location. I was suprised that they have an excellent service, decent breakfast buffet and well maintained hotel rooms. Bonus, they have a small fitness center and pool perfect for a quick relaxing dip and workout.

The hotel is memorable also as my friend surprised me for my birthday during our stay. We had the chance to try their Singaporean dishes, I love the Nasi Lemak and the Laksa, its the best!

The location is superb! It’s in the heart of Makati City. The restaurants, bars, stores and malls are within reach. It’s my top choice hotel now whenever I’m in the bustling city of Makati.

Had two nights paid for by the firm. All staff encountered were friendly and helpful. Arrived early and they found me a room straight away. I was prepared to leave my bags and come back later to check-in, so this was a plus. The room was clean.
Negative points:
- Only 3 hangers in the wardrobe
- No hot water from the wash basin tap
- Room safe not working
- TV channel guide did not match the TV settings. Took me a while to find BBC.
- Fruit juice at breakfast tastes like it has been reconstituted from sugary flavoured powder (Tang?)
I did not report these faults. My stay was only short and I did not want the inconvenience of workmen or moving to another room. But these are all small things that could/should be checked before releasing to guests.
