All-in-one room

Our stay in The Alpha Suites was very comfortable and convenient. It has a grocery (The Marketplace) on its basement so it was easy for us to get our needs. As I mention, it was an all-in-one room because you can cook your own meals as they provide complete kitchen amenities (stove, oven, rice cooker, heater, everything!) and they also have a washing machine and dryer so you can also wash your clothes. Furthermore, The Alpha Suites is in a building where there is a wellness center which you can have consultations with medical professionals to better know your health, a floor with restaurants with different cuisines (Filipino, Spanish, Italian, Greek, Thai, and Chinese), a lounge where you can enjoy cocktails and other drinks, a spa if you want to relax, and a gym if you don't want to miss your work-outs. Their pool area is also big where kids would want to swim all day!

The hotel's staff were also nice and accommodating. They made sure that we were comfortable and they attended our needs. The hotel was also a great value for money. Will really go back here and will highly recommend this to my friends and colleagues!

Room tip: Request for rooms with the city view for a best night at The Alpha Suites :)

Large modern rooms and great amenities

The positive side. The Alpha Suites are conveniently located in the heart of Makati. All your tourist needs of restaurants, shopping and night life is a short taxi ride away. Check-in in easy and seamless. The rooms are well appointed and modern in amenities. You won’t be disappointed.

The negative side. An issue came up concerning clothing attire on the 4th floor where all the hotel restaurants are located. We were promptly confronted and told we needed to adhere to their hotel policy of wearing shoes versus sandals. The issue was brought up to hotel staff and the Manager - Jayne Mariano was a pleasant help in alleviating our concerns and correcting the matter at hand. Ms Mariano is a great asset to your hotel staff and one to seek if you ever need any issues resolved. A warm sincere thank you to Manager Mariano.

The Alpha Suites meet all our needs and competitively priced to give your money’s worth and well spent feeling. Try them, you don’t be disappointed.

Amazing place and value for Money

I stayed with my wife for almost a month. The entire staff is very hospitable. I would like to Acknowledge the special care taken by Ms Abigail and Ms Carla from front desk.
Its a beautiful property and centrally located. Easy to get a grab. Convenience store at the ground level plus a supee market at -1 level

Our stay at Alpha suites

My wife and I had a very enjoyable 11 nights at Alpha suites. It was nice to have the "at home experience" in being able to cook for ourselves when we wanted to in the unit with a full kitchen setup. Able to do our own laundry as well with the washer and dryer. But to also have the hotel experience as well. The massages at the spa were incredible. They have 5 different international cuisine restaurants on the 4th floor. The all you can eat breakfast buffet was quite nice the manager at the islander restaurant Willy (and his staff) go out of their way to make sure your meals and experience top notch. We also recommend that you go to the health bar and try their smoothies especially the "it's more fun in the Philippines " smoothy. Finally a very nice thank you to the front desk staff especially Shao, Vince, Carla, and Calvin they truly care about their guests and strive to help make your stay there be as pleasant as possible. Many others that I don't know their names, but we will definitely be going back to Alpa suites when ever we return to Makati.

Most flexible and accomodating hotel

Omg! They are hands-down the most hassle-free hotel. Their hotel policies are so flexible and they always find a way to cater to my needs. The rooms are so clean and legit fully equipped with everything you need like you're still at home. Their facilities are super complete too. Literally a staycation. They also have a pcr swab clinic in the hotel which is so convenient. I would want to come back. In fact, i already booked my next stay with them. Lol
