When I Travel, most important thing is the cleanliness and friendly staff. I actually booked Airbnb and it did not turn out well as far as sanitization of the bathroom. Gave up the booking and booked Artemis Place very last minute. As soon as I arrived, we were greeted by front desk reception Joanna, who had a smile on at all times during our stay and even gave us tips on where to go and where we should avoid as safety was her #1 concern for us. Also there is a Security Guard 24hrs and when I had to get some fresh air few times middle of the night and he stood by my side literally guarding me from strangers. Love the service and very clean place. Would highly recommend.

Prior to my MNL-SFO flight on Sept 1, 2022, I stayed in Artemis Place Hotel. I was quite impressed with the layout of the studio room and how clean it was. I have not seen a single cockroach nor house ants. The hotel room has an electric kettle, cups and saucers, and a coffee-creamer set is provided. That can tide you over for breakfast as it is too early to go to restos.

The hotel staff are efficient young people who are well utilized. Everyone has a well-defined task so they don’t waste time on chitchat.

I’m satisfied with the hotel and without doubt, I shall stay there again next time I am in Manila.I certainly recommend Artemis Place Hotel to my friends any time.

A small but practical hotel nestled within a community. Staff are courteous & have the innate willingness to serve. The Reception staff are very accommodating, Housekeeping is also very thorough. Shout out to Alvin, who’s always ready to assist and provide necessary amenities.
I think they just need to calibrate the price vis-a-vis what they are and can offer. It’s a bit on the side of expensive.
