The hotel staff especially at the restaurant is accomodating. He even allowed me to store my pumped breast milk at their freezer. So thumbs up for that!the facilities is still good but a bit old.. the location is also good just adjacent to SM.

Staff need to undergo trainings on custumer service, soecifically the restaurant staff, Need to resolve credit transactions, need to omprove the bed, bathroom maintenance, security cards are always bussy with their ohones, texting, playing games, wathing youtubes!
Toilet was dirty. Bathtub was broken. I could not drain it. The fried eggs we had for breakfast were over cooked and cold. The remote did not work. Bottled water was free but we had to request it. Door is stuck and you had to wiggle it just right to open it. I should have requested another room but I’m not use to doing it.
This room should not have been given to us until it was repaired. I know it was being worked on earlier because the Workman left one of his tools in the bathroom.
I rated Days Hotel in Batangas experienced was overwhelming with excellent service, good rates and accessibility. Easy to find out since it is in front of SM Batangas City a few steps away from the hotel.
Great place so far with a modern clean room just like you would find in the USA. The staff at the front desk have been very resourceful. I was curious and did some digging and found that one is a scholar and the both have Bachelors in a related field and it really shows. Feel like I am in USA now. Also has an amazing massage menu and they come to your door and you can even schedule them to wake up in the morning. What a way to wake up.
We have been on a regular visit to the hotel since year 2009 and what made us love it are the friendliness and professional services of its staff; its proximity to the shopping malls, restaurants, churches, schools, hospitals, banks, and resorts.
Overall, it has always been a pleasant stay though its rooms and amenities need improvements.
