If you want to experienced the old Baguio feel, before it was invaded by traffic, crowded areas and pollution. If you missed the solemnity of old Baguio, this is the place.
Our rooms is spacious, it's clean, wifi is fast, comfy bed, bathroom with complete amenities. It's good, we did not experienced what others guest are complaining. Staff are nice and courteous. Breakfast is good too.
This is a place if you want to relax.

Stayed here for two nights and we requested and got a room that was facing the forest and beside the Manor, away from the parking. So we were able to enjoy the sight of calming pinetrees just outside our balcony. I like that there's a small sink by the refridgerator/mini bar area so we could wash hands if the bathroom was occupied. I also like the little area adjacent to the bathroom where the closet and vanity mirror is. It was raining every afternoon during our stay and the problem with the hotel parking area are the puddles of water one has to go through to get to your vehicle because the asphalt flooring was uneven. Parking area was also shared with the guests of the Manor.

Dear Guest,

Thank you for sharing your review in the TripAdvisor community.

We are delighted that you had a overall good stay with us, the room details such as the minibar and vanity area are the touches that made our rooms different from other hotels. Rest assured that we have noted your comment about the parking area, our Chief Engineer is already looking into improving the area so it would not create further hassle. Once again, thank you for taking the time to share and we hope to have you and your family back with us.

Our first time at Forest Lodge which, appearance wise looks like The Manor. However, once your stay starts, things are different.

We arrived in the room which did not have hand towels, the carpet was dusty and my wife started sneezing badly, internet is so slow that 3G is a miracle and the bell service arrived more than 30 minutes after the call.

Overall a very disappointing experience so we booked at The Manor for our December traditional Baguio trip.

They really need to get their act together.

We stayed there for 2 nights in May 2017. There were no house slippers but great staff and spacious room. I would like to write about their staff...

It was about 8pm when I felt sick. Although they didn't available medicine at that time and it was raining heavily, they looked for ways to brought it to me. They are really wonderful people because they are willing to go extra mile to delight customers

Overall fantastic hotel and would highly recommend.

Room tip: choose the higher floors

You know what they say that first impression lasts. Well, it really does.

Came in past check-in time but still waited for almost an hour for our room to be ready. Worse part was that no one explained to us what caused the delay.

CR does not smell clean and there is no bidet.

No hotel robes and slippers.

Had to call maintenance to fix the TV.
