Accommodation is great tho room a little bit small but manageable. Dining staff specially Kyle, Dianne, mayeth are very helpful and prompt on our needs. Two thumbs up for them. Front dest staff are very accommodating and friendly too. Parking space is limited but can squeeze in anywhere with guards help no sweet in cramp parking space.

The servers were very respectful especially Ms Christine Donato. Food was good.

I understand that the hotel is still pretty new so there's definitely a lot of areas of improvement.
I stayed here with my family including my 70 yr old mother who's having a hard time walking.
Arrival:
We had a lot of bags. The scurity guard helped us get the bags out of the car and left it on the floor. We had to ask for a cart before they put our bags in it.
Parking:
The hotel have 1 floor for parking for all guests. If you arrive late, you will park on the road way going to the hotel
Check in:
Checkin was smooth.. took about 20mins but its ok.
Room:
Room is spacious and new. Still smells good.
Food:
Food is ok. When we arrived there's still taho but after itnran out they didnt refill knowing its just around 8am and buffet is at still 10am. I like the F&B sup.. my mom got a bread and she approched us and said to get another one as its for the bacon and a little bit oily.
COmments:
- they only provided 1 keycard. So if there are 2 people in the room, you cant go out alone as you need the card for the elevator and ofcourse for the electricity in the room.
- when we were about to checkout, i parked the car in front of the door. At that time there was an SUV and van loading their stuff. After they left, i moved our car to the same spot where the previous vehicles were loading and the guard was telling me i need to remkve my car as its nkt allowed. I told the guard that im just gonna load the bags and so my senior mom would not have to walk but the guard insisted that I need to remove the car.
not sure if I would try this again in the future.

Overall great experience. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet had variety of food to choose from. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service.
