Great service! good location and near city center. Good food! Love the strawberry champorado, Their staff Dominic was very courteous and efficient. Room was very clean and amenities were ok most especially the bed. Will stay here again on my next visit to Baguio.

Overall stay is 101% good feels like 5stars hotel, from receptionist who is accommodating, bellman staff, f&B crew, security who is patiently call taxi for us, house keeping to assure we have enough complimentary water and coffee and fresh towels💓👌☕.

Really love this hotel, room, pool and specially the buffet breakfast. The great experience is more than for what you paid for. The restaurant staff and bar are very friendly. Great location. Hoping to be back again by nextyear.

We stayed for overnight only.Upon check in the staff in the reception are accommodating,helpful and friendly.The housekeeping staff as well was professional and hardworker.The food on the breakfast was great and plenty of choices.But I’m surprised and disappointed for a new hotel you don’t have available facial tissue for the guest and No TV cable for the entire guest room.That’s a very basic for a hotel.Lastly this one address to the owner and top management of the hotel our car was scratch and damaged by somebody on the basement parking I think your security personelle are not active enough nor doing their job in securing guest car.( inhouse security wearing blue barong).Of all the in-house security they don’t even care to greet nor look or smile to the guest.I think you need to train them customer service.We are well travel and Hotel enthusiasts people definitely we will not come back anymore in your hotel.

We had such a wonderful experience at the restaurant! The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Allen and Jayson, who made sure we felt right at home while dining. The food was delicious—our favorites were the crispy pata and the chicken inasal. It was our first visit to Sotogrande, and we can’t wait to come back! Baguio is definitely one of our top spots for a staycation.
