We accidentally left our luggage in the taxi, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us. Andrei Mendoza and John Lloyd Mercado not only assisted in tracking down the driver, but they also coordinated with the police and arranged for our luggage to be shipped to our home address. This level of dedication was far beyond their duties, and it truly showed their commitment to their guests.
