Exceptional Service Beyond Expectations at Sotogrande Hotel

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sotogrande Hotel in Baguio. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a fantastic variety of choices. However, what truly stood out to us was the exceptional service we received after we checked out.

We accidentally left our luggage in the taxi, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us. Andrei Mendoza and John Lloyd Mercado not only assisted in tracking down the driver, but they also coordinated with the police and arranged for our luggage to be shipped to our home address. This level of dedication was far beyond their duties, and it truly showed their commitment to their guests.

We believe Andrei and John Lloyd deserve special recognition for their outstanding customer service and genuine care for their guests. Their hard work and compassion make a significant difference, and it’s exactly this kind of service that makes Sotogrande Hotel stand out. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Not bad for the price.

Without a doubt, this condotel offers good value for the money. One definitely gets what they pay for when it comes to the ambiance, cuisine, and service. We are well taken care of from check-in to check-out. In fact, I was somewhat aback by how quickly the registration process went. I admire how Zhu controlled the crowd because I'm not patient when things don’t happen on time. He smoothly juggles registering me and three other guests at the same time while helping other guests with check-out. The process of checking in is easy, and depending on the availability of a room, you may be able to check in sooner than their regular check-in time. Regarding the rooms, they are kept up and tidy. The bidet leak was a small inconvenience for me, but other than that, everything is ok. You should also bring some of your favorite toiletries because there aren't enough for two people here.

Always pleasant

Staff always friendly and accomodating.
Breakfast buffet has expanded in choices.
Stayed in a PWD room and was pleased with the size and dpace of the bathroom.
Large parking space.
Will definitely bring the family here!

Great service & Employees.

From the frontdesk to the bartender we appreciate the really good service and hospitality from the staff. I would also love to feauture an employee named Chris, a bartender who gave us a really good experience. He was very charismatic and was smiling throughout our stay he was able to create meaningful conversations which makes us feel comfortable. He even entertained us while making drinks which I think is very difficult. He was also able to share “lady drinks” which was a creative drink we really loved. If I were to meet people like him whenever I visit a luxury lounge, I would want to always spend my money there. Another employee named Jeremy is really quick-witted, he gives off a very calm and gentle service which we love because he attends to us very quickly, he even initiates service without being asked to, like serving us water while waiting. Well trained employees, they are all unique but all of them are professional and competent at best.

**I wasn’t able to take photos that much and I only have one sitting at the lounge area.

One of the best family staycation hotel in Baguio with heated pool

We celebrated my daughter's 5th birthday in this hotel and we had a blast! Thank you for the superb hospitality from hotel staff for the warm greetings and assisting us for our needs. Thank you for espencer and other restaurant staff for singing to my daughter's birthday she had a wonderful memory 💕

If you're looking for a baguio staycation with modern room interior, bathtub, fluffly and comfy bed, nice breakfast buffet and HEATED POOL, this hotel is highly recommended 😊
